Suitable for every body, it is a dynamic, flowing style of yoga that will warm your muscles ready for some longer, deeper stretches and involves linking the breath as you move through poses . This focus on movement and breath, with time fosters connection between body and mind and helps you to forget the stresses of life, allowing you to be truly present in your body on the mat.

Envisage a gradual improvement in fitness and flexibility every week until you don’t even remember the creaks and aches you once came in with, that and a blissful nights sleep after class.

Currently running a weekly class 7.30-8.40 pm in the Hunsdon JMI school hall and offering 1-2-1 or zoom classes.
