About
I have always been passionate about both massage and yoga having been lucky enough to grow up with an incredible yogi and masseuse as a mother.
After years of practicing yoga and offering intuitive massages to loved ones, I committed to professional training so I could develop my skills to support others to access the benefits I had felt in my own life. In 2015 I travelled to India and completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Morjim, Goa. In the same year I also qualified from my Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy training with London School of Sports Massage.
I am able to treat a range of injuries and ailments including headaches and migraines, backache, supporting recovery or simply helping soothe the body from the pressures of daily life. I am currently enrolled in a further study course to become a Tuina practitioner, a traditional form of Chinese massage using acupressure points to restore the flow of the body’s vital energies.
I have a passion for people, I love creating community around me and bringing people together. As well as being mum to two beautiful, wild children and a gorgeous dog, I work as a veterinary nurse, caring for animals and specialising in anaesthesia. My role includes nursing, managing, and training others. Yoga, massage and running have been crucial in supporting me to find balance, peace and health in my very full life! It is a joy that I can combine my love of movement, nature and connecting with other human beings to promote healing and friendship through this work.
